Charles Lorway, QC
Mr. Lorway has been in practice for 32 years. His main areas of interest are Property Law, Wills and Estate Planning, Probate of Estates, Commercial Law and Family Law. He has successfully pleaded cases in these and other matters in Provincial Court, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia - Family Division, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia - Trial Division, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia - Appeal Division, and the Federal Court of Canada. Mr. Lorway received his Q.C. in 1987. He has been active in the affairs of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society and in various community organizations during his professional life. He is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, the Cape Breton Barristers’ Society and the Canadian Bar Society.
